Cozy little hotel in the middle of Zurich. Very friendly staff. Room was quite nice in size and comfortable. Amenities top notch. Our stay here was a good experience. Breakfast was good as well, nice coffee.

The location! The interiors! The amenities! Everything top notch. The only (very small) downfall was that the receptionists were sometimes not so nice.They could also think about getting a proper coat roam near the reception to store some luggage for clients instead of asking them to just leave it near the elevator. The breakfast was decent, nothing extraordinary (you cant request pancakes or omelettes additionally as you normally do in continental breakfast buffets of hotels). For these 2 reasons i reduce a star. But if I am back in Zurich (especially in Summer) I would without question stay here. Tip: the bathroom of the restaurant is amazing/spotlessly clean. In summer you have free entrance to Utoquai badi.
