Check-In and Check-Out

When can I check in?

Our rooms are ready for you from 15:00. Earlier check-in is of course possible depending on room availability.

Until when is the check out?

We ask you to vacate your room by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Later departures can be guaranteed according to availability.

 

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?

You can leave your luggage at the hotel before checking into your room or after check-out on the day of departure.

How do I make a reservation?

Book directly through our website www.hotel-seegarten.ch. This way you will get the best prices (-10%). We are also happy to accept your reservation by phone or mail.

Edit and cancel reservation?

You can edit and cancel your booking through our confirmation email.

Cancellation conditions?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 12:00 (noon) the day before arrival.

When do I pay for my booking?

Payment is made on the day of arrival at check-in.

Late arrival

If you are arriving late, contact us in advance so we can forward instructions for a self-check-in.

Parking

Can I park nearby?

  • Hotel Seegarten does not have its own parking spaces.

You can park your car vis-à-vis in the Utoquai parking garage (24 h / CHF 35.00) or park for max. 1 or 2 h on the white marked parking spaces.

Alternatively, there are the Blue Zones (link city of Zurich) append.

Is there a charging station for electric cars?

There is a charging station very close (30m) to the hotel. With swisscharge.ch you have access to all major charging networks in Switzerland and Europe.

Are there special conditions for the Utoquai parking garage?

Unfortunately no

Breakfast

Is breakfast included in the price?

Our rich breakfast buffet is included in the price.

Breakfast times?

Monday - Friday 7.00 - 10.30 a.m.

Saturday and Sunday 8.00 - 11.00 a.m.

Breakfast allergies?

Let us know before your arrival and we will be happy to prepare a special breakfast for you (gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan).

We will be happy to fulfill your wishes.

 

 

Where can I find good restaurants?

We will be glad to help you, also have a look at the Tips. Many good restaurants are within easy walking distance.

General

Do you have bedding for people with allergies?

We will be happy to give you a room with bed linen and bedding for people with allergies.

Is it allowed to smoke in the room?

No, our hotel is smoke free.

Are dogs welcome?

Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome. They cost CHF 15.00 per night (without food).

Well-behaved dogs are allowed in the breakfast room or on the terrace. At the breakfast buffet we ask you to leave your loved one at the table.

Is the tap water drinkable?

Yes, plus the Zurich water tastes excellent. 

Do you have a gym or SPA

No, but we are happy to help you. The wonderful seaside resort Utoquai is 30 m away from us and in summer it is simply wonderful.

Is there a kettle in the rooms?

Yes it has a kettle with tea and coffee in all rooms.

Arrival / Directions

Shuttle Service Airport?

You can use the official airport shuttle service (Checkin Allways) at the airport (chargeable) every 30 minutes at the hotel bus zone near the terminal. For the way back, please contact the reception.

Distance to Stadelhofen station?

You can reach Stadelhofen train station in 8 min. on foot and take the S16 directly to the airport.

Tickets for public transport?

Yes, please contact the reception.

Bicycle rental?

In the summer months the bike rental of the city of Zurich is at Bellevue - Square (7 min. walk from us).
